AEON POINT'S JASON RUDOLPH WINS EMMY FOR THE APPLE MUSIC SUPER BOWL LX HALFTIME SHOW STARRING BAD BUNNY
Screens production lead earns his first Emmy since joining AEON Point after being nominated for three of this year's five nominated specials — with team member Akash Bartlett nominated for a fourth

Nashville, TN — September 14, 2026 — AEON Point’s Jason Rudolph, who leads the company's Screens Producing team, has won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lighting Design/Lighting Direction For A Special, honored for his work as Media Server Programmer on The Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Starring Bad Bunny (NBC). The award was presented September 5 at the Creative Arts Emmys, ahead of the 78th Emmy Awards telecast on NBC and Peacock September 14, and marks Rudolph's first Emmy win since joining AEON Point.

Rudolph's win came as part of a record-setting night for the production: The Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Starring Bad Bunny took home seven Emmys in all, more than any Super Bowl Halftime Show in history.

“Video played a unique role in the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show to simulate additional lighting throughout the venue, adding dynamic accents to the show,” said Rudolph. “Video was also used as a scenic element in the form of a large billboard, shifting throughout the performance.

AEON Point was represented in an astonishing four out of five teams within the category. Rudolph was nominated in the same category for the Halftime Show, the 78th Annual Tony Awards, and Wicked: One Wonderful Night — a testament to how much of the year's biggest live television carried his work. Rudolph’s team member Akash Bartlett was nominated for his work as Media Server Programmer for The Oscars, where Rudolph was Screens Producer.

The honor adds to a career over which Rudolph has now earned four Primetime Emmy Wins along 16 nominations since 2015.

Rudolph and AEON Point extend their gratitude to the producers who entrusted him with the Halftime Show — Roc Nation, Rimas, Jesse Collins Entertainment and DPS — as well as to lighting designer Al Gurdon, whose design the show's screens production was built to support

“I couldn't be prouder to have Jason Rudolph running our Screens Producing team,” said James Klein, President, AEON Point. “His Emmy win and the Screens Producing team’s four nominations underscore something we've always believed about this group: when there's only one chance to get it right on the world's biggest shows, we're the team people call.”
